涉农高校产教深度融合实践探索OA

Promoting the deep integration of industry and education in agricultural universities is of great significance for cultivating industry-aligned professionals,driving agricultural innovation and technology commercialization,and advancing rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Currently,the integration of industry and education in agricultural universities is facing prominent problems such as insufficient cooperation,mismatch between talent supply and the market demand,uneven resource allocation,and insufficient incentive evaluation.Therefore,agricultural universities should strive to establish a long-term mechanism for university-enterprise collaborative education,jointly build a collaborative education platform,deepen the reform of the teaching system,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,promote the comprehensive and deep integration of industry and education,and continuously provide intellectual support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The College of Tobacco Science of Henan Agricultural University has systematically explored the deep integration of industry and education through a closed-loop system of"industry demand,education and teaching,industry services",which providing practical reference for agricultural universities.
