基于网络药理学探讨"生姜-陈皮"药理作用机制OA
The pharmacological mechanism of"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"based on network pharmacology
目的 利用网络药理学探讨与"生姜-陈皮"药对的药理作用机制.方法 收集筛选"生姜-陈皮"药对的有效成分、有效靶点与疾病并进行富集分析.结果 筛选出生姜有效成分17个、陈皮10个,"生姜-陈皮"药对靶蛋白10个,富集分析显示其生物学过程与细胞的代谢、凋亡最为密切,癌症通路最具显著性.结论 "生姜-陈皮"药对可能通过调节细胞周期进程及控制细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,对各类癌症尤其是肝癌有较好的疗效.
Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of action of the"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"drug pair using network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients,effective targets and diseases of the"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pair were collected and screened,and enrichment analysis was performed.Results 17 active ingredients of ginger,10 active ingredients of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,and 10 target proteins of"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pair were screened,and the enrichment analysis showed that their biological processes were most closely related to cell metabolism and apoptosis,and the cancer pathway was the most significant.Conclusion"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pairs may have better therapeutic effects on various types of cancers,especially hepatocellular carcinoma,by regulating the cell cycle process and controlling cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.
