明胶-羟基磷灰石复合材料在骨组织工程中的研究进展与挑战OA
Research progress and challenges of gelatin-hydroxyapatite composite materials in bone tissue engineering
随着骨缺损修复需求的日益增多,自体骨和异体骨移植的方法存在一定局限性,寻找合适的骨移植替代物迫在眉睫.明胶和羟基磷灰石分别为天然骨结构的有机和无机成分之一,具有良好的生物相容性、骨传导性和亲水性等优点,是骨修复常用材料,两者结合可制备安全无害、性能优良的骨移植替代物.人工骨产品修复骨缺损成功的关键在于模拟骨组织再生,因此,了解骨组织的结构,制备性能优良的产品十分重要.本文概述明胶和羟基磷灰石各自的性质和应用现状,阐述复合材料的制备以及应用,并对其体内外实验做出总结,针对目前的研究热点展开讨论.最后,对明胶-羟基磷灰石复合材料的未来研究方向进行展望.
With the increasing demand for bone defect repair,the methods of autogenous and allogeneic bone transplantation have certain limitations,and it is urgent to find suitable bone transplant substitutes.Gelatin and hydroxyapatite are respectively one of the organic and inorganic components of natural bone structure,with good biocompatibility,bone conductivity,and hydrophilicity.They are commonly used materials for bone repair,and the combination of the two can prepare safe,harmless,and high-performance bone transplant substitutes.The key to the successful repair of bone defects with artificial bone products lies in simulating bone tissue regeneration.Therefore,understanding the structure of bone tissue and preparing high-performance products is crucial.This article provides an overview of the properties and current applications of gelatin and hydroxyapatite,elaborates on the preparation and application of composite materials,and summarizes their in vitro and in vivo experiments.It also discusses current research hotspots.Finally,the future research directions of gelatin-hydroxyapatite composite materials were envisaged.
