基于虚拟现实的六字诀训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效观察OA
Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of Six Word Formula training based on virtual reality on stable COPD
目的 探讨运用虚拟现实技术(VR)进行六字诀呼吸训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效.方法 选择浙江中医药大学附属第三医院 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 5 月收治的 88 例西医诊断为COPD稳定期、中医诊断为肺胀的住院及门诊患者,依据简单随机抽样法分为传统组和VR组,每组各 44 例.两组患者均进行常规治疗,传统组规律进行六字诀呼吸训练,VR组基于VR进行六字诀呼吸训练.观察两组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和一秒率(FEV1/FVC),6分钟步行试验(6MWT)及COPD评估测试(CAT评分)变化.结果 训练后VR组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、6MWT以及CAT评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).此外,Pearson相关性分析显示,VR组 6MWT最小临床重要差异(6MWT MCID)和CAT最小临床重要差异(CAT MCID)呈负相关(r=-0.509,P<0.05).结论 基于VR的六字诀呼吸训练可有效帮助COPD患者进行肺康复,还提高了六字诀呼吸训练的实用性和患者的依从性.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using virtual reality technology(VR)for Six Word Formula breathing training in the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 88 hospitalized and outpatient patients diagnosed with stable COPD by Western medicine and pulmonary distension by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from July 2022 to May 2023 were included.They were divided into the conventional group(n=44)and the VR group(n=44)according to the simple random sampling method.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy.The conventional group was given regular Six Word Formula breathing training,while the VR group was given Six Word Formula breathing training based on VR.The changes in first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and one second rate(FEV1/FVC),6-minute walking test(6MWT),and COPD assessment test(CAT score)between two groups were observed.Results After training,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC,6MWT,and CAT scores of the VR group were all higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation(r=-0.509,P<0.05)between the 6MWT minimum clinically significant difference(6MWT MCID)and the CAT minimum clinically significant difference(CAT MCID)in the VR group.Conclusion VR based Six Word Formula breathing training can effectively assist COPD patients in pulmonary rehabilitation and may improve the practicability of six-character breathing training and patient compliance.
