个案管理模式应用于AIDS患者中对其自我管理能力及生活质量的影响OA
The impact of case management model applied to AIDS patients on their self-management ability and quality of life
目的 分析获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者护理管理中展开个案管理模式对其自我管理能力及生活质量产生的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 8 月至 2023 年 8 月进入福建医科大学附属闽东医院感染性疾病科诊疗的AIDS患者 118 例,以电脑随机数表法为分组依据,对照组 59 例展开常规管理模式,研究组 59 例展开个案管理模式,比较两组自我管理能力、服药依从性及生活质量.结果 护理管理后,研究组患者的AIDS患者自我管理量表分数、服药依从率、艾滋病患者生存质量量表中各个维度的分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 AIDS患者护理管理中展开个案管理模式能增强其自我管理能力,提高服药依从性,有助于提高其生活质量.
Objective To analyze the impact of implementing a case management model in the nursing management of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)on their self-management ability and quality of life(QoL).Methods A total of 118 AIDS patients who entered the Department of Infectious Diseases of Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=59)and the study group(n=59)by computer according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional management model,while the study group was treated with case management model.The self-management ability,medication compliance and QoL of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing management,the scores of AIDS self-management scale,drug compliance rate and AIDS quality of life scale in the study group were all obviously higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a case management model in the nursing management of AIDS patients can enhance their self-management ability,improve medication compliance,and help improve their QoL.
