整合素调控牙周膜细胞迁移的研究进展OA

Periodontitis is a chronic inflammation,and its progress is a complicated process.Periodontal ligament(PDL)cells can migrate to the wound to regenerate periodontal fibers and adjacent hard tissues.Integrin belongs to the family of cell adhesion molecules(CAM)and acts as a cell surface receptor for specific ligands.Integrin binds to different extracellular matrix(ECM)proteins,including fibronectin(FN)and periostin(PN),which affect the migration of PDL cells.FN mainly binds to integrin α5β1 in PDL,and PN acts as the ligand of integrins αvβ3 and αvβ5.Integrin regulates the migration of PDL on collagen fibers,thus guiding specific cell groups into periodontal defects.In periodontitis,the expression and function of integrin are also regulated by cytokines,including transforming growth factor β and interleukin-1.This paper mainly discusses the research progress of integrins in regulating PDL cell migration,in order to provide better diagnosis and treatment ideas.
