下肢康复机器人对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能障碍的影响研究OA
Research on the impact of lower limb rehabilitation robots on lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients
脑卒中又称脑血管意外(CVA),俗称中风,是一种脑血管疾病,其特点是急性起病,并伴有局部或弥漫性脑功能丧失.它与高发病率、高病死率和高致残率有关.据全球疾病负担报告 2010 显示,脑卒中是导致病死的世界第二大原因,也是单病种致残率最高的疾病.然而,CVA并不局限于老年人,年轻人发生CVA可能会对其照顾家庭、重返工作岗位以及履行其他重要生活角色的能力产生长期影响.与此同时,近年来脑卒中的发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势.因此,脑卒中幸存者的康复训练已成为亟待解决的重要社会问题.多种下肢康复机器人的应用可以减轻医生在繁重训练任务中的负担,使他们能够在训练过程中分析机器人提供的数据,评估患者的康复状况.凭借其准确性和可靠性,康复机器人改善了脑卒中患者的步行和平衡能力,矫正患者的异常步态,缓解下肢痉挛以及提高了患者的心肺功能.本文主要研究下肢机器人对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能障碍康复的影响,为脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍患者选择合适的下肢康复机器人提供科学的理论依据,以期为未来的康复治疗提供更有效的方案.
Stroke,also known as cerebral vascular accident(CVA),is a cerebrovascular disease characterized by acute onset and local or diffuse loss of brain function.It is associated with high incidence rate,mortality and disability rates.According to the report of Global Burden of Disease 2010,stroke is the second leading cause of death in the world and also the disease with the highest single disability rate.However,CVA is not limited to the elderly.CVA in young people may have long-term effects on their ability to take care of their families,return to work,and fulfill other important life roles.At the same time,in recent years,the age of onset of stroke has shown a trend towards younger age groups.Therefore,rehabilitation training for stroke survivors has become an important social issue that urgently needs to be addressed.The application of various lower limb rehabilitation robots can reduce the burden on doctors in heavy training tasks,enabling them to analyze the data provided by the robots during the training process and evaluate the rehabilitation status of patients.With its accuracy and reliability,rehabilitation robots have improved the walking and balance abilities of stroke patients,corrected their abnormal gait,alleviated lower limb spasms,and improved their cardiovascular function.This article mainly studies the impact of lower limb robots on the rehabilitation of lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients,providing a scientific theoretical basis for selecting suitable lower limb rehabilitation robots for stroke patients with lower limb motor dysfunction,in order to provide more effective solutions for future rehabilitation treatments.
