远洋渔船第二代完整稳性薄弱性衡准实船验证分析OA

针对中国远洋渔船作业海况恶劣,但是海浪中危险识别低、风险控制预案少的安全理论落后局面,开展基于第二代完整稳性薄弱性衡准的远洋渔船波浪稳性研究,以40m双甲板拖网、55 m延绳钓、70 m鱿鱼钓3 条具有代表性的远洋渔船主流船型为样本,参考IMO和CCS发布的第二代完整稳性衡准指南,对3 条船的3 个典型工况分别进行参数横摇、纯稳性丧失、骑浪/横甩、过度加速度和瘫船稳性的薄弱性衡准验证.通过将水动力学的最新研究成果应用到远洋渔船波浪稳性研究,建立了远洋渔船波浪稳性评估和判断准则,对远洋渔船稳性失效模式进行航行参数的界限探究,形成基于第二代完整稳性薄弱性衡准的渔船风险模式发生概率预报技术,为远洋渔船安全理论的完善提供技术支撑.[中国渔业质量与标准,2025,15(1):58-65]。

To address the safety theory deficiencies in China's ocean-going fishing operations under harsh sea condi-tions—characterized by inadequate hazard recognition in waves and insufficient risk control protocols,carry out the study on the seakeeping stability of the ocean-going fishing vessels based on the second-generation intact stability criteria for weakness.Three representative vessel types were selected as research samples:a 40-meter double-deck trawler,a 55-meter longliner,and a 70-meter squid jigger,reflecting mainstream designs in China's distant-water fishing fleet.Guided by the second-generation intact stability criteria issued by IMO and CCS,vulnerability assess-ments were systematically conducted for five critical stability failure modes across three typical operational conditions of each vessel:parametric rolling,pure loss of stability,surf-riding/broaching,excessive acceleration and dead ship stability.By integrating cutting-edge hydrodynamic research advancements into wave stability analysis,this work es-tablishes evaluation criteria and judgment frameworks for assessing wave-induced stability risks in ocean-going fish-ing vessels.It further investigates threshold navigation parameters influencing stability failure modes,ultimately devel-oping a risk probability prediction methodology based on second-generation intact stability criteria.These outcomes provide critical technical support for advancing safety theories in ocean-going fisheries,particularly in enhancing risk identification and mitigation strategies under extreme wave conditions.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2025,15(01):58-65].
