随着放射性技术在医疗领域的普及,确保设备操作安全对于保护工作人员、患者及公众健康至关重要.本文着眼于评价和改善现行防护策略的实际效果.探索正电子发射计算机断层显像扫描(PET/CT)与回旋加速器使用中的辐射防护措施,通过分析设备屏蔽效能、污染处理方法和管理措施,采用了一种混合方法论来考察当前防护措施的适用性与局限性.结果表明,虽然已采取的措施能够减轻辐射暴露风险,但在某些情况下仍有改进的空间.文中强调了提高人员培训质量、制定详尽应急计划及鼓励技术革新的重要性.结论提供了具体的改进建议,旨在完善现有防护措施,为未来的工作提供了思路.此外,呼吁跨专业合作,利用技术进步促进辐射安全管理的进一步发展.
With the popularization of these radioactive technologies in the medical field,ensuring the safety of equipment operation is crucial for protecting the health of workers,patients,and the public.This article focuses on evaluating and improving the actual effectiveness of current protective strategies.Exploring radiation protection measures in the use of positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET/CT)and cyclotrons,a mixed methodology was adopted to examine the applicability and limitations of current protective measures by analyzing equipment shielding effectiveness,pollution treatment methods,and management measures.The results indicate that although the measures taken can reduce the risk of radiation exposure,there is still room for improvement in certain situations.The article emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of personnel training,developing detailed emergency plans,and encouraging technological innovation.The conclusion provides specific improvement suggestions aimed at improving existing protective measures and providing ideas for future work.In addition,there is a call for cross disciplinary cooperation and the use of technological advancements to promote further development of radiation safety management.
