Objective To integrate the best evidence of discharge preparation service for patients undergoing anorectal surgery at present,and provide basis for constructing the intervention plan of discharge preparation for patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods PIPOST mode was adopted to construct evidence-based problems,according to the"6S"evidence model,all the evidence related to discharge preparation services for patients undergoing anorectal surgery were searched from top to bottom in the databases such as Up To Date,National Guide Library,American Health Care Research and Quality Institute,British National Institute for Health and Clinical Optimization,International Guide Collaboration Network,BMJ,JBI Library,CochraneLibrary,PubMed,Embase,Sinomed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang,Yimaitong and the websites of related professional associations.The quality evaluation,evidence extraction and summary of the included literature were carried out.The retrieval time limit was to build the database until April 1,2024.Results 8 articles were included,containing 2 clinical decision-making,1 guidelines,1 evidence summary,1 systematic review and 3 expert consensus,and 26 best pieces of evidence were summarized from 4 topics,which were key principles,main contents,implementation guarantee and follow-up evaluation.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of discharge preparation service for patients undergoing anorectal surgery,and provides evidence-based reference for clinical application.Medical staff should combine the clinical situation with patients'wishes and apply the evidence reasonably,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
