沉默信息调节蛋白6(SIRT6)作为烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)依赖的组蛋白,是沉默信息调节蛋白(sirtuins)家族的重要成员之一,属于Ⅲ类的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,其NAD+依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶、单二磷酸腺苷核糖基转移酶及去脂肪酰化酶等多种活性已被发现,并参与调节机体多种生命过程中,尤其在癌症、炎症、氧化应激、脱氧核糖核酸的损伤与修复、端粒维持、基因组稳定性等多种生理调节中发挥关键作用.本文综述SIRT6在部分呼吸系统疾病的相关研究进展.

As a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dependent histone,recombinant sirtuin 6(SIRT6)is an important member of the sirtuins family and belongs to Class Ⅲ histone deacetylase(HDAC).Its NAD+dependent histone deacetylase,adenosine diphosphate ribosyltransferase,and deacetylase activities have been discovered,and it plays a key role in regulating various life processes in the body,especially in cancer,inflammation,oxidative stress,deoxyribonucleic acid damage and repair,telomere maintenance,genome stability,and other physiological regulation.This article review the research progress of SIRT6 in some respiratory system diseases.
