"大思政课"协同育人教师作用发挥策略研究OA
Research on Collaborative Education of College Teachers under the"Great Ideological and Political Course"
高等学校落实立德树人根本任务,将思政教育贯穿到课程育人全过程中,挖掘各门课程所蕴含的思政教育元素和所承载的思政教育功能,整合协调各种教育资源和人力,形成同向同行协同效应,对大学生的思想行为产生影响.课程思政理念的提出促进大学生思想政治教育向大思政新格局方向转变,为思想政治教育的改革发展提供具体科学的指南.当前在"大思政课"理念下,总结高校教师思政协同育人的现实需求和理论意义,从高校教师的角色分工、理念认识,学校的制度设置三方面着手,分析高校教师思政协同育人存在的现实问题,从课程内容、课堂教学、实践活动、网络媒介、校园文化入手,构建高校大思政协同育人模式,从而推动高校思政教育改革,促进高等教育高质量发展.
Curriculum ideological and political education refers to the fundamental task of implementing moral education in schools,integrating ideological and political education into the entire process of curriculum education,by exploring the ideological and political education elements contained in each course and the functions carried by ideological and political education to integrate and coordinate various educational resources and human resources,finally forming a collaborative effect with peers and affecting the thinking and behavior of students.The proposal of this concept promotes the transformation of ideological and political education for college students towards a new pattern of ideological and political education,and provides specific and scientific guidance for the reform and development of ideological and political education.Under the current concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum,this paper summarizes the practical needs and theoretical significance of collaborative ideological and political education among university teachers.From the role division,conceptual understanding of university teachers,and the institutional setting of the school,this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in collaborative ideological and political education among university teachers.From the course content,classroom teaching,practical activities,online media,and campus culture,this paper constructs a collaborative ideological and political education model for universities.This work will promote the reform of ideological and political education in universities and improve the high-quality development of higher education.
