Mulligan动态关节松动术联合电脑中频电疗对黏连性肩关节囊炎患者肩关节功能康复的影响OA
Effect of Mulligan Dynamic Joint Mobilization Combined with Computer Intermediate Frequency Electrotherapy on Rehabilitation of Shoulder Joint Function in Patients with Adhesive Capsulitis of Shoulder
目的:探讨Mulligan动态关节松动术联合电脑中频电疗对黏连性肩关节囊炎患者的影响.方法:选取2022年5月—2024年 5月天津市职业病防治院 2收治的 120例黏连性肩关节囊炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,每组 60例.两组均行常规针刀治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用电脑中频电疗,研究组采用Mulligan 动态关节松动术联合电脑中频电疗,均连续治疗4周.对比两组临床治疗效果、疼痛程度、肩关节功能、肩关节活动度及生活质量.结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为 95.00%,高于对照组的 83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分量表中各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的肩关节外展、前屈上举、内旋、外旋活动度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的生活质量综合评定问卷-74中各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:黏连性肩关节囊炎患者接受Mulligan动态关节松动术联合电脑中频电疗的效果显著,可缓解疼痛症状,显著提升肩关节活动度,加快肩关节功能康复,利于提高患者生活质量.
Objective:To investigate the effect of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy on patients with adhesive capsultis of shoulder.Methods:A total of 120 patients with adhesive capsitis of shoulder admitted to Tianjin Occupational Disease Prevention and Therapeutic Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional acupotomy.On this basis,the control group was treated with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy,and the study group was treated with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effect,pain degree,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Function Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mobility of shoulder abduction,forward flexion and upward lift,internal rotation and external rotation in the study group were bigger than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy is effective in patients with adhesive capsitis of shoulder,which can relieve pain symptoms,significantly improve shoulder mobility,accelerate shoulder functional rehabilitation,and improve patients'quality of life.
