益肾通脉方联合尿激酶静脉溶栓对脑梗死肾虚痰阻证患者血小板参数及中医证候的影响OA
Effect of Yishen Tongmai Formula Combined with Urokinase Intravenous Thrombolysis on Platelet Parameters and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Kidney Deficiency and Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome
目的:分析益肾通脉方联合尿激酶静脉溶栓对脑梗死肾虚痰阻证患者血小板参数及中医证候的影响.方法:选取 2022年 1月—2023年 12月泰安市中医医院收治的160例脑梗死肾虚痰阻证患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各80例.对照组给予尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,研究组采用益肾通脉方联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗.比较两组血小板参数、血液流变学指标、中医证候积分、神经功能.结果:治疗 4周后,两组血小板平均容积、血小板分布宽度、血小板压积、血小板计数、红细胞压积、全血黏度、血浆黏度、中医证候各个项目积分及总分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:益肾通脉方联合尿激酶静脉溶栓能够降低脑梗死肾虚痰阻证患者血小板参数、血液流变学指标,改善肾虚痰阻证的临床症状,促进神经功能恢复.
Objective:To analyze the effects of Yishen Tongmai Formula combined with Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis on platelet parameters and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis therapy,while the study group received Yishen Tongmai Formula combined with Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis therapy.The platelet parameters,hemorheology indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width,platelet crit,platelet count,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,all various of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome items scores and total scores,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yishen Tongmai Formula and Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis can reduce the platelet parameters and hemorheological indicators,improve the clinical symptoms and promote neurological function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome.
