功能性磁刺激联合电刺激生物反馈和凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍患者的效果观察OA
Effect of Functional Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback and Kegel Exercise on Postpartum Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
目的:探究产后盆底功能障碍患者采用功能性磁刺激联合电刺激生物反馈和凯格尔运动治疗的效果.方法:选取 2022年 4月—2023年 4月鱼台县人民医院收治的 80例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各 40例.对照组给予电刺激生物反馈和凯格尔运动治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合功能性磁刺激治疗.两组均治疗 3个月.对比两组临床疗效、尿失禁及盆底肌力情况、盆底肌电指标、盆底功能.结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为 95.00%,比对照组的 75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组改良牛津肌力分级量表、国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表评分分别为(2.21±0.46)分、(8.25±1.02)分,均低于对照组的(2.47±0.50)分、(9.24±1.04)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组快速收缩表面肌电最大值、持续 10 s收缩表面肌电平均值、60 s耐受收缩表面肌电平均值分别为(24.37±4.59)μV、(23.74±6.92)μV、(13.42±2.52)μV,均比对照组的(20.79±4.56)μV、(19.27±6.52)μV、(11.47±2.25)μV高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组盆底功能障碍问卷-20、盆底障碍影响简易问卷-7评分分别为(52.59±5.26)分、(53.57±5.77)分,比对照组的(61.63±5.74)分、(63.64±6.38)低分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:产后盆底功能障碍患者采用功能性磁刺激联合电刺激生物反馈和凯格尔运动的方式进行治疗具有良好效果,可有效提高患者的盆底肌电指标,改善尿失禁及盆底肌力情况,促进盆底功能恢复.
Objective:To explore the effects of functional magnetic stimulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback and Kegel exercise on postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Yutai County People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given electrical stimulation biofeedback and Kegel exercise therapy,and the study group was combined with functional magnetic stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor myoelectric index and pelvic floor function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Modified Oxford Staging and the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form were(2.21±0.46)points and(8.25±1.02)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.47±0.50)points and(9.24±1.04)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The maximum value of surface electromyography during rapid contraction,the average value of surface electromyography during 10-second sustained contraction,and the average value of surface electromyography during 60-second tolerance contraction in the study group were(24.37±4.59)μV,(23.74±6.92)μV,and(13.42±2.52)μV,respectively,which were higher than(20.79±4.56)μV,(19.27±6.52)μV and(11.47±2.25)μV in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory Short Form-20 and Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire in the study group were(52.59±5.26)points and(53.57±5.77)points,respectively,which were lower than(61.63±5.74)points and(63.64±6.38)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction by functional magnetic stimulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback and Kegel exercise has a good effect,which can effectively improve the pelvic floor myoelectric index of patients,improve urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle strength,and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
