Through the supervision of the manufacturing process of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V Ⅳ forged welded hydrogenation reactor,combined with the problem found by the supervisors that the reactor head did not conform to the design confirmation documents during the process of obtaining and heat treatment of test plates,used the method of equipment engineering supervision to analyze the reasons for the problem,seek solutions to the problem,track the results of problem handling,and summarize the process documents of problem handling.In the end,a closed-loop was formed for the problem.Through the analysis of the problem and the summary of the process and methods for solving it,it provides reference for the key process node of obtaining and heat treatment of test forged welded hydrogenation reactor head in the future manufacturing process.
