目的:探讨经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练对机械通气(MV)患者的影响.方法:选取 2023年1月—2024年 1月泰安市中心医院收治的 80例MV患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各40例.对照组采用常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练,两组均干预 10 d.对比两组肌力、病情危重程度、临床指标、血气指标及ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)发生率.结果:干预后,研究组的医学研究理事会肌力评分高于对照组,急性生理与慢性健康评估Ⅱ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的MV时间、ICU治疗时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的血氧饱和度及氧合指数均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的ICU-AW发生率为 2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练有利于改善MV患者的肌力、病情、临床指标及血气指标,降低ICU-AW发生率.

Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on patients with mechanical ventilation(MV).Methods:A total of 80 cases of MV patients admitted to Tai'an Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for ten days.The muscle strength,severity of illness,clinical indictors,blood gas indexes and the incidence of ICU acquired weakness(ICU-AW)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Medical Research Council muscle strength score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the Acute Physiological and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MV time and ICU treatment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood oxygen saturation and oxygenation index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ICU-AW in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training can improve the muscle strength,condition,clinical indexes and blood gas indexes of MV patients,and reduce the incidence of ICU-AW.
