胸苷酸合成酶基因在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展OA
Research progress of thymidylate synthase gene in tumorigenesis and development
胸苷酸合成酶(thymidylate synthase,TYMS)基因编码蛋白是DNA合成必需的限速酶,也是重要的DNA损伤修复酶,在多种生理病理情况下发挥重要作用.本文主要对TYMS基因在不同类型肿瘤中的表达和临床意义、对肿瘤细胞恶性生物学行为及化疗药物敏感性的影响和作用机制、调控TYMS基因表达的多种因子以及靶向TYMS基因的抗肿瘤应用进行综述.
Protein encoded by the thymidylate synthase(TYMS)gene is a rate-limiting enzyme necessary for DNA synthesis and is an important enzyme for DNA damage repair,and plays an important role in a variety of physiological and pathological conditions.This article mainly reviews the expression and clinical significance of TYMS gene in various types of tumors,the effect and mechanism of TYMS gene on the malignant biological behaviors and the sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs of tumor cells,various factors regulating TYMS gene expression,and the anti-tumor application of TYMS gene targeting.
