换热器是一种热量交换设备,普遍应用在各种换热场景,是一种常见的压力容器,在石油、化工行业中占有重要地位,其质量和性能的好坏直接影响整个装置能否正常、安全运行.本文根据实际监造过程中发现的典型问题,如焊条用错、管头焊接、外协/外购件质量管理、接管与壳体焊缝以及垫片安装等问题,进行了认真总结和分析,并为提高监造工作质量提出合理建议.

Heat exchanger is a type of heat exchange equipment,which is widely used in various heat exchange conditions.It is a very common pressure vessel and plays a crucial role in the petroleum and chemical industries.Its quality and performance directly affect the normal and safe operation of the entire plant.Based on the typical problems found during actual supervision process,such as wrong electrode,welding defects for welding seams between piping and tube-sheet,quality management of outsourced/purchased parts,welding defects of nozzle to shell,and gasket installation issues,this paper analyzed and summarized the lesson learned,and put forward reasonable suggestions for improving the subsequent supervision work.
