Steam generator is one of the core and critical equipment of nuclear power plant.The weld seam of tube plate is a nuclear grade weld seam,and its welding quality is directly related to the safety and service life of nuclear power plant.There are many sealing welds on the tube sheet,involving various types of processes and posing significant quality risks.By introducing the structural types of welds,analyzing the characteristics and causes of typical weld defects,and developing targeted weld quality control measures,this paper provides references for further research and improvement of the tube-plate manufacturing process and enhancing the weld quality.
