六西格玛技术在检测类实验室中的应用OA

Six Sigma is a quality management model combining system theory with mathematical statistics,while chemical testing laboratories take data as the quality control organization of products.Therefore,the theory of Six Sigma can be easily applied to it,and the purpose of quality control and rational operation of the system can be achieved.This paper briefly introduces the concept and development background of Six Sigma,and puts forward some practical suggestions in light of the actual production in testing laboratories from seven tools'application,measurement system analysis,process capability analysis,hypothesis testing,control chart and other aspects.
