Exploring a New Paradigm of Supervision in the Digital Age:Based on Analysis of Supervision Engineers'Capabilities in the Large Language Model Construction Project
在数字化转型的大背景下,新兴技术的应用对项目监理提出了前所未有的挑战.以某单位大语言模型建设项目为例,探讨了监理人员在新技术项目中所需的新能力,并利用主成分分析法对监理人员的能力因素进行科学评估.这不仅为提升项目监理效率提供了实证支持,也为未来数字化项目中的监理工作提供了理论基础和方法论指导.
Against the backdrop of digital transformation,the application of emerging technologies presents unprecedented challenges to project supervision.Taking the construction of a large language model as a case study,this paper explores the new competencies required by supervisors in technology-driven projects and applies Principal Component Analysis(PCA)to scientifically assess these competencies.This study not only provides empirical support for improving project supervision efficiency but also offers a theoretical foundation and methodological guidance for supervising future digital projects.
