银杏叶提取物注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片对急性脑梗死患者的影响分析OA

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 78 patients with ACI admitted to Zaozhuang Yicheng District People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,while the study group were treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Both groups were treated 2 weeks.The levels of inflammatory factors,cerebral hemodynamic indicators,neurological function,prognosis,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor alpha,and C-reactive protein were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial resistance index were lower than before treatment in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group.The velocity in systolic stage and the velocity in diastolic stage were higher than before treatment in both groups,and the study group was faster than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and the modified Rankin Scale were lower than before treatment in both groups,and the study group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 scores were higher than before treatment in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.26%,which was higher than 5.13%in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets can effectively improve cerebral hemodynamic indicators and inflammatory symptoms in ACI patients,accelerate the recovery of neurological function,improve quality of life,and benefit prognosis,with good safety.
