鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者的效果分析OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy in patients with nasal bone fracture with traumatic deviation of nasal septum.Methods:Data of 82 patients with nasal bone fracture combined with traumatic deviation of nasal septum admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with nasal endoscopic.The operative effect,ventilation function and nasal appearance score,operation time and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total operative effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Five days after treatment,the scores of ventilation function and nasal appearance in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 2.44%,which was lower than 9.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of patients with nasal bone fracture complicated with traumatic deviation of nasal septum can significantly improve the efficacy and safety,effectively shorten the operation time,and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
