The Relationship Between Perceived Stress and College Freshmen's Sense of Gain:the Chain Mediating Effect of Cognitive Reappraisal and Meaning in Life

为了探讨大学新生压力知觉与获得感的关系,以及认知重评和生命意义感的链式中介作用,采用压力知觉量表、认知重评量表、生命意义感量表和获得感量表对 1 071 名大学新生进行调查.结果发现:(1)大学新生压力知觉与获得感呈显著负相关;(2)认知重评在压力知觉与获得感之间起中介作用;(3)生命意义感在压力知觉与获得感之间起中介作用;(4)认知重评和生命意义感在压力知觉与获得感之间起链式中介作用.本研究丰富了大学新生获得感的研究成果,对于提升大学新生获得感的实践工作具有重要指导意义.

This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain,and to ex-plore the chain mediating role of cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life,1071 college freshmen's are surveyed using the Per-ceived Stress Scale,the Cognitive Reappraisal Scale,the Meaning in Life Scale,and the Sense of Gain.The results show that:(1)perceived stress is significantly negative associated with college freshmen's sense of gain;(2)cognitive reappraisal mediates the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(3)meaning in life mediates the relationship be-tween perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(4)cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life play a chain mediating role between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain.This study enriches the research results of college freshmen's sense of gain,and it is a great of significance for improving college freshmen's sense of gain.
