中药基于NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3通路治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展OA

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic disease,its clinical process is intermittent,characterized by remission and recurrence,and its etiology is unknown.At present,most of the research on its pathogenesis focuses on intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction.At present,western medicine is the main medical treatment for UC patients,but the overall effective rate needs to be improved,so the treatment scheme of Chinese materia medica has attracted much attention.Recent studies have confirmed that the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese materia medica for UC is obvious.A large number of research have investigated the function mechanism of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of UC by regulating the inflammatory corpuscle pathway of NOD-like receptor thermoprotein structural domain-associated protein 3(NLRP3).The results show that NLRP3 signaling pathway is the key target pathway of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of UC.In this paper,NLRP3 and ulcerative colitis as the starting point,the related literature of Chinese materia medica regulating NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscle signal pathway in recent years to treat UC is reviewed,and reference for the follow-up research is provided.
