Research progress on cell migration of apical papilla cells
根尖牙乳头细胞(APCs)具有多向分化潜能、自我更新能力和形成牙本质的能力.牙髓再生是临床治疗牙髓及根尖周疾病的一个新的方向,在这项技术中APCs的细胞迁移起到了关键作用.因此,研究APCs的细胞迁移有重要意义.本文系统性回顾不同因素对APCs细胞迁移的影响,包括细胞因子、细胞外基质衍生物、无机材料、复合材料、炎症环境、物理因素、化学因素、蛋白和基因等,以及参与细胞迁移的相关信号通路,为其应用于牙髓再生治疗提供研究依据.
The apical papilla cells(APCs)have the potential for multi-directional differentiation,self-renewal,and the ability to form dentin.Pulp regeneration is a new direction for clinical treatment of pulp and periapical diseases,in which the migration of APCs plays a crucial role.Therefore,studying the cell migration of APCs is of great significance.This paper systematically reviews the effects of different factors on the cell migration of APCs,including cytokines,extracellular matrix derivatives,inorganic materials,composite materials,inflammatory environment,physical factors,chemical factors,proteins and genes,as well as related signaling pathways involved in cell migration,providing research basis for their application in pulp regeneration therapy.
