目的 测定兴安毛连菜非腺毛显微特征常数及总黄酮含量,对其相关性进行探讨.方法 通过显微定量法测定显微特征常数,运用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH比色法测定总黄酮含量,采用SPSS 26.0 统计学软件对显微特征常数与总黄酮含量数据进行相关性分析.结果 兴安毛连菜中非腺毛显微特征常数与总黄酮含量呈显著正相关.非腺毛显微特征常数与总黄酮含量的回归方程为:Y=10.698X+70.122.相关系数r=0.860,决定系数R2=0.739,F=22.638,P=0.002.结论 测定兴安毛连菜非腺毛显微特征常数,可为其质量评价提供依据.

Objective To determine the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hairs and the total flavonoid content in Picris davurica Fish.,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods The microscopic characteristic constants were determined by the microscopic quantitative method,and the total flavonoid content was determined by the NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetric method.The data of the microscopic characteristic constants and the total flavonoid content were analyzed for correlation using the SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hairs and the total flavonoid content in Picris davurica Fish.The regression equation of the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hair with total flavonoid content was Y=10.698X+70.122.correlation coefficient r=0.860,coefficient of determination R2=0.739,F=22.638,P=0.002.Conclusion The determination of the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hair in Picris davurica Fish.can provide a basis for its quality evaluation.
