自我调节疲劳在类风湿关节炎患者疾病感知与自我管理间的中介作用OA

Objective:To explore the mediating role of self-regulated fatigue between disease perception and self-management in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and provide reference for them to improve self-management.Methods:Two hundred and ninety-five hospitalized and outpatient patients with rheumatoid arthritis who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to October 2023 were selected.The patients were surveyed using general information questionnaires,self-regulated fatigue scales,simple disease perception questionnaires,and chronic disease self-management behavior scales.Results:Patients with rheumatoid arthritis had self-regulated fatigue scores(42.15±8.83),disease perception scores(46.94±11.43),and self-management scores(29.50±7.59).Self-regulated fatigue partially mediates the relationship between disease perception and self-management,with the mediating effect accounting for 48.32%of the total.Conclusion:The self-management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is at a middle-to-low level,and self-regulated fatigue can partially mediate the impact of disease perception on self-management.Clinical medical staff should help patients establish correct disease cognition,reduce self-regulated fatigue,and improve ability of self-management.
