随着信息技术的快速发展,智慧幼儿园的建设和发展成了教育信息化的新方向.以美国顾客满意度指数(American Customer Satisfaction Index,ACSI)模型作为评估工具,研究提出了"钉钉+第三方应用"模式的智慧幼儿园融合发展模型.研究将传统模式和"钉钉+第三方应用"模式进行对比.结果表明,"钉钉+第三方应用"的模式比传统模式的平均满意度提高了 2.20%.并且,"钉钉+第三方应用"相比于两种传统的管理模式,其满意度分别提高了 3.24%和 4.48%.ACSI 与"钉钉+第三方应用"的融合模式在智慧幼儿园的发展中具有明显优势,能够有效提升用户满意度,并为幼儿园的未来发展提供了有力的支持.

With the rapid development of information technology,the construction and development of smart kindergartens have become a new direction for educational informatization.Using the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI)model as an evaluation tool,this study proposes a smart kindergarten integration development model based on the"DingTalk+third-party applications"model.The study compares the traditional model with the"DingTalk+third-party application"model.The results showed that the"DingTalk+third-party application"model increased the average satisfaction by 2.20%compared to the traditional model.Moreover,compared to the two traditional management models,the satisfaction rate of"DingTalk+third-party applications"has increased by 3.24%and 4.48%,respectively.The integration model of ACSI and DingTalk+third-party applications has obvious advantages in the development of smart kindergartens,which can effectively improve user satisfaction and provide strong support for the future development of kindergartens.
