Application and research progress of HBOT in patients with traumatic brain injury
近年来创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的发病率逐渐增加,TBI已成为重要的社会问题,引起了各学科专家的重视.高压氧治疗(HBOT)作为一种安全有效的治疗方法,已在临床上被广泛应用于TBI患者的治疗,但其疗效、治疗机制尚无统一的共识.本文围绕HBOT在TBI中的应用进展进行综述.
In recent years,the incidence of traumatic brain injury(TBI)has gradually increased.TBI has become an important social problem,and it has also attracted the attention of experts in various disciplines.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT),as a safe and effective treatment method,has been widely used in TBI patients,but there is no consensus on its efficacy,treatment mechanism.This article reviews the application progress of HBOT in TBI.
