Pilot testing is one of the core stages in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.This paper begins by analyzing the composition,application scenarios,and future trends of the smart pole system;it then emphasizes the importance of building the pilot testing capabilities for smart poles,detailing the construction plan for the typical pilot testing application scenario of"vehicle-road collaboration"and conducting an analysis of its socio-economic benefits.Finally,the article,in conjunction with the layout model of pilot testing capabilities,proposes a series of strategies and recommendations to promote the development of pilot testing capabilities for smart poles,aiming to provide valuable references for industry practices.
