犊牛支原体混合感染巴氏杆菌、曼氏杆菌的诊断与防控OA

新疆某规模化奶牛场犊牛呈现严重的呼吸道综合症,治疗后无果出现死亡,为查明发病原因,采用现场调查结合实验室PCR方法对病死牛病料进行确诊.结果表明,发病犊牛出现咳喘、呼吸急促、流黏脓性分泌物;剖检后观察到肺脏出现严重出血、充血、实变、纤维素性渗出,且胸腔积液;经牛支原体、巴氏杆菌、曼氏杆菌的特异性引物进行PCR检测可扩增出相应大小目的条带.针对检测结果,建议牧场通过改善环境、加强饲喂、免疫防控,采用中西医药物防治相结合的方式进行防控,取得了较好的防控效果.

The calves in a large-scale dairy farm in Xinjiang showed severe respiratory syndrome,and there was no death after treatment.In order to find out the cause of the disease,the field investigation combined with laboratory PCR method was used to diagnose the diseased materials of the dead cattle.The results showed that the diseased calves had cough,shortness of breath,and viscous purulent secretions.After autopsy,severe bleeding,congestion,consolidation,fibrinous exudation and pleural effusion were observed in the lungs.The specific primers of Mycoplasma,Pasteurella and Mannheimer were used for PCR detection,and the corresponding target bands were amplified.According to the test results,it is suggested that the pasture should be prevented and controlled by improving the environment,strengthening feeding,immune prevention and control,and combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Finally,good prevention and control effects have been achieved.
