风电螺栓紧固力超声波测量的现状与展望OA

Status and Prospects for Ultrasonic Measurement of Wind Power Bolt Tightening Force

超声波声时测量法作为一种高精度无损检测技术,被广泛应用于风电螺栓紧固力检测领域.为进一步推动超声波声时测量法的完善发展和工业应用,文中系统性归纳了国内外超声波声时测量法在螺栓紧固力测量方面的研究方法、研究成果及存在问题.针对目前风电螺栓紧固力超声波声时测量法的应用价值和研究现状进行综述,阐述了风电机组螺栓紧固力测量的必要性,论证了超声波声时测量法测量紧固力的可行性;对超声波声时测量法的分类、原理以及实验路线进行了系统性归纳,并梳理了常用的公式原理以及各种实验方法,对通用公式进行了分析总结;结合实际测量案例,从理论和实际两方面论述了超声波声时测量法在风电螺栓紧固力检测领域的问题、挑战与前景.

As a high-precision nondestructive testing technology,ultrasonic time measuring method is widely used in the field of wind power bolt fastening force testing.In order to further promote development and industrial application of ultrasonic time measuring method,the paper systematically summarizes the research methods,research results and existing problems of ultrasonic time measuring method in bolt fastening force measurement at home and abroad.In this paper we review the application value and research status of ultrasonic time measuring method for bolt fastening force of wind power,expound the necessity of bolt tension measurement of wind power units,and demonstrate the feasibility of ultrasonic time measuring method.The ultrasonic time measuring method is systematically summarize focusing on the classification,principles and experimental methods.This paper presents an investigation of the general formula principles,as well as various experimental methods.Combined with examples,this article shows that there remain issuses,challenges and prospects of ultrasonic time measuring method in the field of wind power bolt fastening force detection from the aspects of theory and practice.
