考虑节点惯量的新型电力系统连锁故障仿真模型及关键节点辨识OA

在新型电力系统中,由于新能源发电的大量接入,使得整个系统的转动惯量下降,导致发生连锁故障的风险增大.针对这一问题,提出一种计及节点惯量的电网连锁故障仿真模型.考虑电网节点负载率、电压极限以及节点惯量,通过节点之间的电气耦合关系与惯量支撑,确定了模型中电网元件状态及状态转化规则.然后,综合系统负载率、整体负载率斜率、负荷损失值给出了辨识电网关键节点的综合薄弱度指标.最后,利用IEEE39电网算例和某省电网数据,在不同新能源占比下,利用综合薄弱度指标对电网的关键节点进行辨识,结果验证了所建立故障仿真模型的准确性,进而为新型电力系统预防连锁故障提供参考.

In a new type of power system,the large amount of access to new energy generation decreases the rotational inertia of the whole system,which leads to the increased risk of interlocking faults.To address this problem,a simulation model of grid interlocking faults taking into account the node inertia is proposed.Considering the load ratio,voltage limit,and node inertia of the grid nodes,the state of the grid components and the state transition rules in the model are determined through the electrical coupling relationship between the nodes and the support of the inertia.Then,the integrated system integrity index,the relative value of loss load,and the system load ratio are given as the comprehensive weakness index for recognizing the critical nodes of the power grid.Finally,using the IEEE39 grid arithmetic and grid data of a province,the critical nodes of the grid are identified using the integrated weak degree index under different new energy percentages,and the simulation results verify the reasonableness and feasibility of the constructed model.In turn,it provides a reference for the prevention of cascading failures in new power systems.
