随着社会对现代教育体制要求的不断变化,成人教育也在通过对传统方式进行创新,充分张扬其"明道引路"的增效功能,以此指导每一位学习者的终身学习行为.大数据时代让教育资源实现共建共享,让教育者与学习者之间实现实时互动,让各级教育实现无缝衔接.成人教育的功能也面临转型,但受到技术支持、教师素养、宏观环境等影响,大数据时代下成人教育功能转型存在众多困境,基于此,详细阐述解决困境的具体路径,以促进成人教育事业的可持续发展.

With the continuous changes in the social requirements on modem education system,adult education is guiding the lifelong learning behav-iors of every learner by innovating the traditional method and fully promoting its guiding function.In the era of big data,education resources can be co-built and shared,enabling real-time interaction between educators and learners,and seamless connection between all levels of education.The function of adult education is also faced with transformation,but it is affected by technological support,teacher literacy,macro environment,and other factors.In the era of big data,there are many difficulties in the transformation of adult education function.Based on this,this article elaborates on specific paths to solve these difficulties,in order to promote the sustainable development of adult education.
