江西省港口普货码头污水处理现状分析及改进措施OA

为解决江西省港口码头的污水排放问题,实地调研了普货码头污水处理设施建设及处理现状,并提出了针对性改进措施.结果显示,普货码头污水主要有含油污水、含尘污水和生活污水.不同功能码头污水类别存在较大差异,其处理工艺也不相同,码头生活污水较为接近市政生活污水.含油污水的主要指标是石油类,ρ(石油)一般为1 000~3 000 mg/L,含尘污水主要指标是SS,ρ(SS)一般为1 000~2 000 mg/L,洗箱污水因集装箱货物种类不同变化较大.普货码头污水处理存在污水处理规模核算不合理、初期雨水收集设施不完善、污水处理设施不合理和监管不到位的问题,基于此,提出制定污水处理设计标准明确码头初期雨水的收集及核算方法、研发集成化污水处理处理工艺降低运维难度与成本等改进措施.

In order to solve the problem of sewage discharge in Jiangxi port,the construction and treatment status of sewage treatment facilities in general cargo terminal were investigated on the spot,targeted improvement measures are proposed.The results showed that the sewage from general cargo docks mainly includes oily sewage,dusty sewage,and domestic sewage.There are significant differences in the types of sewage from different functional docks,and their treatment processes are also different.The domestic sewage from docks is closer to municipal sewage.The main indicator of oily sewage is petroleum,generally 1 000-3 000 mg/L,while the main indicator of dusty sewage is SS,generally 1 000-2 000 mg/L.The sewage from container washing varies greatly depending on the type of container cargo.Research has found that there are problems with the sewage treatment scale accounting of the general cargo terminal,incomplete initial rainwater collection facilities,unreasonable sewage treatment facilities,and inadequate supervision.Based on those,development of sewage treatment design standards to clarify the collection and accounting methods of initial rainwater at the docks,integrated sewage treatment processes to reduce operation and maintenance difficulties and costs,and other improvement measures are proposed in this paper.
