This paper aims to explore the high-quality development path of improving teacher education.By analyzing the problems and challenges in the field of teacher education,we discuss the path of improving teachers'professionalism,innovating the training mode and strengthening the construction of teachers'team,and at the same time,emphasize the importance of teacher education quality evaluation,monitoring and information exchange.These measures will help to meet the educational needs in the new era and improve the quality and effect of teacher education.In order to train teachers with pro-fessional quality and innovative ability,we need to pay attention to the reform and innovation of teacher education to promote the sustainable development of education.
