某金属矿区尾矿库水环境治理方案OA

Treatment Scheme of Water Environment for Tailings Impoundments in a Metal Mining Area

为了解决金属矿区"磺水"污染的突出问题,采集了陕西省某金属矿区尾矿库废水,分析其水质现状,结合废水污染特点、废水处理方法和废水处理经济性等因素,提出合理的处理工艺.结果发现:尾矿库废水中NH3-N、COD、F-、SS、Zn、Cr6+存在不同程度超标,但"磺水"产生的主要原因是由于Fe3+生成的沉淀.提出了"中和+曝气+沉淀"处理工艺,Fe2+将Cr6+还原为Cr3+,Fe2+被氧化为Fe3+,Cr3+和Fe3+最终分别转化为Cr(OH)3沉淀、Fe(OH)3沉淀,废水中的Fe3+和Cr6+被有效去除,实现达标排放.

To solve the outstanding problem of"sulfonated water"pollution in metal mining area,wastewater from tailings impoundments of a metal mining area in Shaanxi province was collected and analyzed.Combining the characteristics of wastewater pollution,wastewater treatment methods and wastewater treatment economy,a reasonable treatment process was proposed.The results showed that NH3-N,COD,F-,SS,Zn and Cr6+in tailings impoundments wastewater exceeded the standard to varying degrees,but the main reason for the formation of"sulfonated water"was due to the precipitation generated by Fe3+.The treatment process of"neutralization+aeration+precipitation"was proposed,in which Fe2+reduces Cr6+to Cr3+,Fe2+is oxidized to Fe3+,and Cr3+and Fe3+are finally transformed into Cr(OH)3 precipitation and Fe(OH)3 precipitation,respectively.Metal ions such as Fe3+and Cr6+in the wastewater can be effectively removed to achieve standard discharge.
