高速公路运营期声屏障降噪效果分析及措施建议OA

为进一步落实高速公路运营期声屏障跟踪监测要求,探究已建声屏障降噪效果以及影响因素,选取3条高速公路有代表性的声屏障监测区域,选择相近的声屏障材质、高度,对敏感点声环境质量及声屏障降噪效果进行监测,通过噪声实测数据,分析高速公路运营期声屏障的降噪效果.结果表明:1)当前3条高速公路敏感点运营期昼间、夜间声屏障降噪效果明显,能有效缓解高速公路运营期对沿线居民产生的噪声影响.2)监测区域内,随监测点与中心线距离增大,噪声监测值呈衰减趋势,声屏障的降噪值在1.3~7.8dB(A)之间,平均降噪4.6dB(A).3)建议加强对声屏障设计的合理化和科学化、声屏障定期维护保养、定期开展声屏障降噪效果监测等措施,充分保障高速公路运营期声屏障降噪效果,为高速公路运营期交通噪声和声屏障控制管理工作提供科学依据.

In order to further implement the requirements of acoustic barrier tracking monitoring during the operation period of expressways and explore the noise reduction effect and influencing factors of the built acoustic barrier,this paper selected three representative acoustic barrier monitoring areas of expressways,selected similar acoustic barrier materials and heights,and monitored the sound environment quality of sensitive points and the noise reduction effect of the acoustic barrier.The results show that:1)The noise reduction effect of the noise barrier in the daytime and night of the sensitive points of the three expressways during the operation period is obvious,which can effectively alleviate the noise impact on residents along the expressways during the operation period.2)In the monitoring area,the distance between the monitoring point and the center line increases,the noise monitoring value shows A trend of attenuation,and the noise reduction value of the sound barrier is between 1.3 and 7.8 dB(A),with an average noise reduction of 4.6 dB(A).3)It is suggested to strengthen the rationalization and scientific design of sound barrier,regular maintenance of sound barrier,and regular monitoring of noise reduction effect of sound barrier,so as to fully guarantee the noise reduction effect of sound barrier during the operation period of expressways,and provide a scientific basis for the control and management of traffic noise and sound barrier during the operation period of expressways.
