纱筒自动套袋远程控制系统设计OA

Design of remote control system for automatic bagging of yarn cylinders

为了保护纱线在印染过程中不损伤断线,需在筒纱的外部套上保护袋.传统的纱筒套袋由人工手动完成,工人的劳动强度大、生产效率低,套袋尺寸和位置的一致性差.针对上述问题,设计了一种纱筒自动套袋装置并利用国产PLC实现了对纱筒自动套袋工艺流程的控制.在装置自动套袋过程中,对套袋材料进行力学性能测试,并与人工作业效率对比,结果表明该装置能够代替2-3人工作.在机械装置的基础上,使用串口服务器以及具有VPN功能的路由器,实现控制系统的远程调试,为设备的远程监控和调试提供了一种解决方案.

In order to protect the yarn from damage during the printing and dyeing process,a protective bag needs to be placed on the outside of the cylinder yarn.The traditional bagging of yarn cylinders is done manually,which is labor-intensive,inefficient and less accurate.To address the aforementioned issues,an automatic bagging device for yarn cylinders has been developed,utilizing domestic PLC to achieve process control over the automatic bagging of yarn cylinders.In the automatic bagging process of the device,the mechanical properties of the bagging material test,and compared with the efficiency of manual work,the results show that the device can replace the work of 2-3 people.On the basis of the mechanical device,a serial port server and a router with VPN function are used to realize the remote debugging of the control system,which provides a solution for the remote monitoring and debugging of the device.
