纳米纤维增强海藻酸钠复合薄膜的制备及性能研究OA

海藻酸钠膜材料相对较差的机械性能限制了其在生物医用材料领域的应用.纳米纤维共混是增强海藻酸钠薄膜机械性能的有效手段,因此开发了一种纳米纤维增强海藻酸钠复合薄膜材料,提高了复合薄膜的力学性能.通过SEM、FTIR、TGA和拉伸等测试手段对海藻酸钠复合薄膜的形貌、结构和力学性能进行了表征.结果表明:当纳米纤维含量为3%时,湿态复合薄膜的拉伸应力达到了最大值(8.67 MPa),增加了36.55%;当纳米纤维含量为6%时,干态复合薄膜的断裂伸长率达到了最大值(9.66%),增加了389.12%.纳米纤维是海藻酸钠薄膜材料的良好力学增强体,因此纳米纤维增强海藻酸钠复合薄膜有望扩大其在生物医用材料领域的应用.

The relatively poor mechanical properties of sodium alginate film limit its application in the field of biomedical materials.Nanofiber blending is an effective means to enhance the mechanical properties of sodium alginate film.Therefore,a nanofiber reinforced sodium alginate composite film was developed to improve its mechanical properties.The morphology,structure and mechanical properties of sodium alginate composite films were characterized by SEM,FTIR,TGA and tensile test.The results showed that the tensile stress of the wet composite film reached the maximum value(8.67 MPa)when the nanofiber content was 3%,which increased by 36.55%.The elongation at break of the dry composite film reached the maximum(9.66%)when the content of nanofibers was 6%,which increased by 389.12%.Nanofibers are good mechanical reinforcements for sodium alginate film,so nanofiber reinforced sodium alginate composite films are expected to expand their application in the field of biomedical materials.
