水资源和粮食是人类生存发展的基础需求.近年来,气候变化导致干旱逐渐加剧,进而影响了粮食作物的产量,对农业可持续发展和粮食安全产生了巨大挑战.适度水分胁迫可在保障作物不减产或产量提高的情况下节约水资源,对解决水资源短缺问题意义重大.本文综述了水分胁迫对主要粮食作物(小麦、玉米、水稻)产量的影响研究进展,以期为确定主要粮食作物适宜的干旱胁迫程度提供一定的理论依据.

Water resources and food are fundamental needs for human survival and development.In recent years,climate change has led to increasingly severe drought,which in turn affects the yield of food crops and poses significant challenges to sustainable agricultural development and food security.Moderate water stress can save water resources while ensuring that crop yields do not decrease or increase,which is of great significance in solving the problem of water scarcity.This paper reviewed the research progress on the impact of water stress on yield of major food crops(wheat,corn,rice),so as to provide a theoretical basis for determining the appropriate degree of drought stress for major food crops.
