近年来,我国家禽养殖规模逐渐扩大,对饲料原料的需求也在不断上升.目前,家禽养殖业面临蛋白饲料资源短缺的问题,因此寻找高质量和可持续蛋白质饲料原料迫在眉睫.食用昆虫黑水虻(Hermetia illucens L.,black soldier fly,BSF)已成为具有潜力的可持续新型蛋白质饲料,可替代豆粕、鱼粉等传统蛋白质饲料原料.BSF是腐生型昆虫,主要以有机废物为食,具有生长繁殖快、取食广泛、饲料转化率高等特点.BSF的幼虫或预蛹富含蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质和微量元素,且必需氨基酸含量与鱼粉和豆粕相当,含有月桂酸、抗菌肽和几丁质等生物活性物质.文章从BSF幼虫及加工产物的营养特性出发,综述了 BSF在家禽养殖中应用的研究进展,以期为BSF在家禽生产中的广泛应用提供参考.

In recent years,the scale of poultry breeding in China is gradually expanding,and the demand for feed raw materials is also rising.At present,the poultry industry is facing the problem of shortage of protein feed resources,so it is urgent to find high-quality and sustainable protein feed raw materials.The edible insect black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens L.,BSF)has become a potential sustainable new protein feed,which can replace traditional protein feed materials such as soybean meal and fish meal.BSF is a saprophytic insect,which mainly feeds on organic waste,and has the characteristics of rapid growth and reproduction,extensive feeding and high feed conversion rate.The larvae or pre-pupae of BSF are rich in protein,fat,minerals,and trace elements,and their content of essential amino acids is comparable to that of fish meal and soybean meal.They also contain bioactive substances such as lauric acid,antimicrobial peptides,and chitin.Based on the nutritional characteristics of BSF larvae and processed products,this paper reviewed the research progress of BSF in poultry breeding,in order to provide a reference for the wide application of BSF in poultry production.
