Effect of metabolites of Lactobacillus plantarum on growth performance and intestinal health of Yellow-feathered broilers

试验旨在探讨日粮中添加植物乳杆菌代谢产物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和肠道健康的影响.选取828只1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分成2组,每组6个重复,每个重复69只鸡.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加300mg/kg植物乳杆菌代谢产物,试验期63d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组肉鸡1~21 d的料重比(F/G)显著降低1.8%(P<0.05),空肠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)基因相对表达量分别降低50.5%、72.6%和23.1%(P<0.05),粪便评分降低40.3%(P<0.05).试验组22~63 d肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)、空肠和回肠绒毛高度(VH)、回肠的绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(VH/CD)以及肠道丁酸产生菌群的相对丰度有提高的趋势.研究表明,植物乳杆菌代谢产物能够提高黄羽肉鸡的生长性能,改善肠道健康,进而提高养殖效益.

The experiment was conducted to explore the effect of the metabolites of Lactobacillus plantarum on the growth performance and intestinal health of Yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 828 one-day-old Yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into two groups,with six replicates in each group and sixty-nine broilers in each replicate.The broilers in the control group were fed with basal diet,and the experimental group added 300 mg/kg the metabolites of Lactobacillus plantarum into the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,F/G of Yellow-feathered broilers in 1~21 days of the experimental group was decreased by 1.8%(P<0.05),the gene expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 of jejunum were decreased by 50.5%,72.6%,and 23.1%,respectively(P<0.05),and the score of dung morphology was decreased by 40.3%(P<0.05).The ADG of Yellow-feathered broilers in 22~63 days,the VH in jejunum and ileum,the VH/CD in ileum,and the microbial community abundance of Butyrate-producing bacteria in the experimental group were increased.The study indicates that the metabolites of Lactobacillus plantarum combined with the basal diet can improve the growth performance and intestinal health,and then improve the economic benefit.
