饲粮添加复合益生菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和肠道菌群的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD

Effects of dietary supplementation of compound probiotics on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora of weaned piglets

试验旨在研究饲粮添加微囊包被的复合益生菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和肠道菌群的影响.将24头体重接近健康的断奶仔猪(长白×荣昌),随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪.对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组在饲粮中添加0.1%的微囊包被复合益生菌(酿酒酵母菌、植物乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌).试验期42 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无明显差异,血清生长激素含量有升高趋势.与对照组相比,试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量无明显差异,白细胞介素-1和白细胞介素-6含量显著降低(P<0.05).试验组仔猪肠道Muribaculaceae、瘤胃菌属、克里斯滕菌等菌属的相对丰度明显提高.研究表明,饲粮中添加微囊包被复合益生菌提高了仔猪体内的生长激素含量,降低了促炎因子含量,增加了肠道微生物的丰度和多样性.

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary microencapsulated compound probiotics on the growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora of weaned piglets.Twenty-four healthy weaned piglets(Landrace × Rongchang)with similar weight were randomly divided into a control group and experimental group,with three replicates in each group and four pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the experimental group was fed with 0.1%microencapsulated compound probiotics,including Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake,and feed-to-weight ratio of piglets in the experimental group had no significant difference,but the serum growth hormone content tended to increase.Compared with the control group,the concentrations of IgA,IgG,and IgM in the experimental group had no significant difference,but the concentrations of interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Muribaculaceae,ruminal bacteria,Christenium and other bacteria in the experimental group increased significantly.The study indicates that adding microencapsulated compound probiotics in diet increased the content of growth hormone in piglets,reduced the content of inflammatory molecules,increased the richness and diversity of intestinal microorganisms.
