化学-混凝沉淀法处理酸性高浓度含氟光伏废水OA北大核心CHSSCDCSTPCD

Treatment of acidic and highly concentrated fluorine-containing photovoltaic wastewater by chemical coagulation-precipitation method

研究常用钙源沉淀剂对出水pH和溶解性总固体(TDS)的影响,优选出最佳钙源沉淀剂,在此基础上研究化学-混凝沉淀法对某光伏废水中高浓度F-的去除效果.结果表明:CaCO3沉淀剂不仅能有效去除F-并减少TDS,还能使处理后的废水pH接近中性;相较于聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC),使用FeCl3作为混凝剂的投加量较少;投加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)助凝剂可以强化混凝效果,缩短沉淀时间.CaCO3投加量(钙氟摩尔比)为0.8时,F-质量浓度从6 000 mg/L左右降至83 mg/L,TDS质量浓度从9 930 mg/L降至3 400 mg/L,化学沉淀处理后的出水pH为5.9;随后,投加1.0 g/L FeCl3混凝剂,F-质量浓度进一步降至6.2 mg/L;最后,投加14 mg/L PAM助凝剂使混凝沉淀时间缩短至2 min,酸性高浓度含氟光伏废水经过化学-混凝沉淀法处理后,F-浓度符合《电子工业水污染物排放标准》的直接排放标准.本研究为酸性高浓度含氟光伏废水的处理提供了技术参考,为工程实例提出一种可行的治理方案.

The effects of common calcium source precipitants on effluent pH and total dissolved solids(TDS)were investigated,and the optimal precipitant was identified.Based on this,the effect of chemical coagulation-precipitation method on the removal of high concentrations of F-from photovoltaic wastewater was studied.The results showed that the CaCO3 precipitant could not only effectively remove F-and reduce TDS,but also bring the pH of the treated wastewater close to neutral.FeCl3 required a lower coagulant dosage compared with polymerized aluminum chloride(PAC)and polymerized aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC).The addition of polyacrylamide(PAM)as a coagulant aid strengthened the coagulation effect and shortened the precipitation time.When the CaCO3 dosage was at 0.8 calcium-fluorine molar ratio,the mass concentration of F-reduced from 6 000 mg/L to 83 mg/L,and TDS from 9930 mg/L to 3 400 mg/L.The effluent pH of the chemically treated water after sedimentation reached 5.9.After adding 1.0 g/L FeCl3 coagulant,the F-concentration further reduced to 6.2 mg/L.Finally,with the addition of 14 mg/L PAM coagulant aid,the coagulation and precipitation time was shortened to 2 min.The F-concentration in the acidic high-concentration fluorine-containing photovoltaic wastewater treated by chemical coagulation and precipitation method met the direct discharge standards of Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants of Electronic Industry.The study provides a technical reference for the treatment of acidic high-concentration fluorine-containing photovoltaic wastewater and proposes a feasible treatment scheme for engineering applications.
