羟基化玻璃纤维增强SiO2气凝胶的制备及性能OA北大核心CHSSCDCSTPCD

Preparation and properties of reinforced SiO2 aerogel with hydroxylated glass fiber

采用羟基化的玻璃纤维作为增强体来提升SiO2气凝胶力学性能.通过正交实验确定最优工艺参数,对比研究玻璃纤维羟基化以及纤维添加量和长度对SiO2气凝胶的影响,并研究其影响机制.结果表明:最佳成分比所得SiO2气凝胶的孔隙率达到97.34%,羟基化玻璃纤维能够有效提高SiO2气凝胶的力学性能,且当添加质量分数为5%,短纤维(3 mm)与长纤维(10 mm)质量比为2:8时,SiO2气凝胶导热系数为0.028 4 W/(m·K),抗压强度达到 0.37 MPa.

Hydroxylated glass fibers are used as reinforcement to enhance the mechanical properties of SiO2 aerogel.The optimal process parameters were determined through orthogonal experiments.A comparative study was conducted on the effects of glass fiber hydroxylation,as well as the amount and length of fiber additions on SiO2 aerogels,including an investigation of their mechanisms of influence.The results showed that the porosity of SiO2 aerogel obtained from the optimal composition ratio reached 97.34%.Hydroxylated glass fibers effectively improved the mechanical properties of SiO2 aerogel.When the added mass fraction was 5%and the ratio of short fibers(3 mm)to long fibers(10 mm)was 2:8,the thermal conductivity of SiO2 aerogel was 0.028 4 W/(m·K)and the compressive strength reached 0.37 MPa.
