镉对高山松和高山栎盆栽中土壤动物多样性的影响OA

Effects of Cadmium on Soil Fauna Diversity in Pots of Pinus densataand Quercus semecarpifolia

为了解金属镉污染过的土壤在种植不同高山木本后对土壤动物多样性的影响,本研究以三种浓度的金属镉对土壤进行处理,分别种植高山松和高山栎90d后,用干漏斗法分离土壤动物.共捕获土壤动物2门7纲20目,其中真螨目、弹尾目为优势类群.结果表明:高山栎盆栽比高山松盆栽土壤中的物种丰富度更大,土壤动物数量更多.金属镉处理土壤后导致土壤动物群落结构趋于简单,土壤动物数量和土壤动物多样性降低.研究发现,一定浓度的金属镉处理后的土壤中,弹尾目和真螨目的动物在土壤动物群落中的数量变化不显著,说明弹尾目和真螨目动物可能对重金属镉具有一定的耐受性.

In order to understand the effect of cadmium-contaminated soil on soil animal diversity after planting different alpine woody plants.In this study,three concentrations of metal cadmium were used to treat the soil.After 90 days of planting Pinus densata and Quercus aquifolioides,soil animals were separated by dry funnel method.A total of 2 phyla,7 classes and 20 orders of soil fauna were captured,among which Acariformes and Collembola were the dominant groups.The results showed that the species richness and the number of soil animals in the potting soil of Quercus aquifolioides were higher than those in the potting soil of Pinus densata.After the soil was treated with cadmium,the structure of soil animal community tended to be simple,and the number and diversity of soil animals decreased.The study found that the number of Collembola and Acariformes in the soil animal community did not change significantly after a certain concentration of metal cadmium treatment,indicating that Collembola and Acariformes animals may have a certain tolerance to heavy metal cadmium.
