AHP-熵权法结合正交试验优化三化汤的提取工艺OACSTPCD

Optimized Extraction Process of Sanhua Decoction with AHP-entropy Weight Method Combined with Orthogonal Test

目的:优化三化汤提取工艺.方法:以粉碎粒度、加水量、煎煮功率为考察因素,以大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素、芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、羌活醇的含量及出膏率的综合评分为考察指标,结合正交试验优选三化汤最佳提取工艺.结果:三化汤最佳提取工艺参数:颗粒为2.00~4.75 mm(过 4 目筛,不过 10 目筛),每味药取 31 g,加水量为 2 400 mL,武火(1 500W)煮沸后,调至300 W,保持微沸至1 200 mL.结论:优化三化汤的提取工艺稳定可靠,为三化汤制剂研发提供参考.

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Sanhua Decoction.Methods:The extraction process of Sanhua Decoction was optimized by taking the grinding particle size,water amount added and decoction power as the investigation factors,as well as taking the comprehensive score of the content and extract rate of rhein,emodin,aloe emodin,naringin,hesperidin,magnolol,honokiol and Qiang-huol as the investigation index,combined with orthogonal test.Results:The best extraction process parameters of Sanhua Decoction are as follows:the particles are2.00-4.75 mm(passed4 mesh sieve,but not 10 mesh sieve),and 31 g of each medicine was taken,in addition,the water was 2 400 mL.After boiling over high heat(1 500 W),reduce the heat to 300 W and maintain a slight boil to 1 200 mL.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of Sanhua Decoction is stable and reliable,which provides a reference for the research and development of its preparation.
